Report Features

Multi-Period Comparison

Add up to 11 comparison periods (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) to see trends over time.

Tracking Filters

Filter by tracking categories like Region, Department, or Project to see segmented reports.

Cash or Accrual

Choose between cash basis (when money is received) or accrual (when invoiced).

Auto-Refresh

Date presets like "Last Month" automatically adjust when you refresh the report.

Note: Profit & Loss and Bank Summary reports are limited to a maximum 365-day date range by the Xero API. The report wizard prevents selecting a longer range in Fixed date mode.
