Account Management
Manage your XO Report account, connected organizations, and subscription from a single dashboard.
Accessing the Account Portal
Go to xo-report.com/account and sign in with your Xero account. This is the same Xero account you use to connect organizations in the Excel add-in.
If you're not signed in, you'll be redirected to the sign-in page where you can authenticate with Xero.
Dashboard Overview
The account dashboard is organized into three sections:
Organizations
View all connected Xero organizations, how many slots you've used, and connect new organizations. Shows swap cooldown status for each org.
Subscription
View your current plan, billing status, and renewal date. Access the Stripe billing portal for payment details, invoices, and plan changes.
Advanced
Disconnect organizations, swap organizations, downgrade or cancel your subscription, and delete your account. This section is collapsed by default.
