Quotes Table
Pull sales quotes from Xero with date and status filtering. One row per Xero sales quote, or one row per quote line in Line items mode.
Pick a date range and the statuses you want once, and refresh the table from XO Report instead of re-exporting a CSV. Available in Excel and Google Sheets.

Limits
- One table loads up to about 10,000 quotes per organisation. If an organisation has more in the range, you see a message saying the date range has too many quotes for one table. Choose a shorter range. Other organisations in the same table still load.
- Quotes tables cover up to one year. A longer range is refused with "Quotes tables cover up to one year. Choose a shorter date range." The same check runs on every refresh, so a table whose date cells later resolve to a longer range keeps its existing rows instead of refreshing.
Not included
- Which invoice a quote became (Xero's API does not provide it)
- Filters by expiry date or by contact
- Quotes formulas (there are none)
Tips
- Date is the quote date and ExpiryDate is when the quote lapses. Both are real dates you can filter and sort on
- Narrower date ranges and fewer statuses load faster on busy organisations
- If a quote is missing, check the Status filter (Deleted is unticked by default) and that the quote date falls inside the range
